How to get there
| One reaches the botanic garden by driving from Vira, direction Piazzogna. The park is immediately after the boundary between Piazzogna and Vairano. If you travel from Italy, you drive from San Nazzaro up in the direction of Piazzogna. On this terrace at the mountain Gambarogno, parking lots are rare. We recommend therefore using public means of transportation. The bus after Piazzogna stops in front of the restaurant Gambarogno. From there you will reach the garden over the bridge in approx. 2 minutes. Not directly reachable with large
buses!
